In my eyes, Rachel Bilson can do no wrong! She could wear a garbage bag and she would still look chic. Rachel is the perfect example of "that girl" that can throw on and put together anything lying around her closet and make it look as if it just came off the runway. Total girl crush, I know! I am in LOVE with this bag. It is the perfect classic clutch that will never go out of style. Now I just need to find someone to buy it for me... Hmmmmmm

The Look For Less.

Although flare jeans are making quite the comeback, skinny jeans tend to always remain in style. In my opinion, J Brand is one of the best producers of the skinny jean. But not everyone has $159 - $179 to spend on  a single pair of jeans. Behold, the Fab Stitch Skinny Jean from Forever21. These jeans cost a whopping $10.50. You can buy at least 15 pairs for the same price as one pair of the J Brand skinnys! I've gone through many a pair of J Brands until I discovered this cheap-chic version.  I must say, my Forever21 jeans have lasted the same amount of time, if not longer!

The Young Designer Market

One of my guiltiest pleasures living in New York City is the The Market NYC, also known as the Young Designer Market. The Market is filled with unbelievable independent, local designers selling fashionably unique, hip and one-of-a-kind jewelry, garments, bags, t-shirts and the like. At cheap-chic fashionista prices. It’s a girl on a budget’s dream! Every time I come to The Market, I am immediately drawn to the plethora of jewelry designers.

Many of the designers sell to major department stores (Neiman Marcus, Henri Bendel, etc.). Why wait until they sell and the prices are jacked up?! Not going to lie… It makes me proud when I see some of the designs in department stores and boutiques. Knowing I had it first somehow makes me feel as if I beat the retail system!

This past weekend a personal friend of mine was up in New York showcasing his brilliant watch company Time-Peace.  Time-Peace is an incredibly unique company with an even more unique philosophy. It is definitely worth checking out. They will be back at the Young Designer Market this coming Saturday, April 9th.
