Alright kids... I've been silent for way too long. And for that, I apologize. Sometimes life gets in the way of blogging. But fortunately, life can't get in the way of The Academy Awards. Clearly I have to share my best dressed (& WTF moment) of the evening.
Without further adieu, I give you my best dressed...
Sandra Bullock in Elie Saab (minus the evening bag)
Naomi Watts in Armani Prive
Charlize Theron in Dior
Kerry Washington in Miu Miu
Amy Adams in Oscar De La Renta
Jessica Chastain in Armani Prive
Zoe Saldana in Alexis Mabille Couture
. . .
I have a feeling I am going to get a lot of crap for this. But I am really on the fence with Jennifer Lawrence in Dior Couture. I thought she looked beautiful, but I don't know... The dress just didn't really do much for me. The silhouette was gorgeous, but something was off.
What did you think of Jennifer Lawrence's dress?
. . .
And the biggest WTF moment of the evening goes to....
This bitch.
1. Why were you at the Oscars & who the hell let you on the red carpet?
2. Could you be any more inappropriate? Seriously... Have some freakin' class. You look like a cheap escort for a D list actor.
. . .
Who were your red carpet favorites?
. . .
And for those of you, who like me, actually care about the awards... Here is the complete list of this year's Oscar winners.

24. Picture: "Argo."
The fact that Argo won for best picture is awesome. A nice little "f-you" from Ben Affleck to The Academy for the ridiculous "Director" snub. Boom!

I can't stop laughing at the pornstar pictured last. What is that?! On a brighter note...Naomi Watts = perfection! The dress, hair, make-up, jewlery. She nailed it.
ReplyDeleteWAIT a minute...why is Brandy at the Oscars? I didn't even notice until now. And that dress...big WTF.
ReplyDeleteOK I couldn't believe Brandy was there. Did you know that she designed her dress? True Story. Also your faves were mine too...I didn't like Jennifer Lawrence's at first, but it really grew on me after seeing it in different photos.
ReplyDeleteCharlize...such simplicity and perfection!
ReplyDeleteAgree about Jennifer Lawrence. Love the girl, admire the talent, envy the spunk, but the dress was a little too "old" for her. And it didn't move. And maybe a little boring for someone who seems to be so fun.
